You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and email at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or inaccurate information is a violation of our terms and may result in account termination.

4 Betting Terms & Conditions
Please keep the following rules in mind before placing a bet on Hibji:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).
- If the system goes down or a technical issue occurs before a match begins, the affected bet will be considered void.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake will be refunded.
- Hibji reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error is found in the odds.
- Delays may occur in live betting due to network or server issues.
Maximum Win Limit

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Closed by User
To close your account, please notify the support team. Make sure all withdrawals are completed before closure. Self-exclusion is also available as part of our responsible gaming options.
Inactive Accounts
An account with no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
8 Limitation of Liability
Hibji is not responsible for the following:
- Bets missed or placed incorrectly due to loss of internet connection.
- Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
